Excellent ideas Ian. I might add that dialogue and listening is a valuable and effective way for groups to get unstuck. We can structure meetings so that people can share important things with each other without interrupting, fixing or offering opinions. Groups benefit from listening to what each member has to say in an environment where people feel safe. Once we set that atmosphere up people feel more open to sharing and collaborating.
