		<description>Great post. Thank you for sharing wonderful and helpful tips. People have different reasons or factors to be motivated and it is the manager&#039;s responsibility to know that by getting to know his/her employees. Fear may motivate them for a while, but this fear may also be the reason why they would not want to go to work anymore.  At times, motivation would come from job satisfaction. You can give rewards or benefits to them to keep them motivated and always praise them if they had done something good. That approach is very much effective.</description>
